PRAYER GATHERING: May 20th

We will be having our next monthly prayer gathering Monday, May 20th at 6:30pm. The church is open 6:15pm. There will be a few minutes to chat with visitors and friends and we’ll begin worship through music at 6:45pm. There will be time for praying about our prayer requests, and a short devotional with scripture readings. Come and bring your request and we will have someone pray over your prayers for the month. Child care is available and there will be refreshments and fellowship afterwards.

MOTHER’S DAY PHOTOS: Rescheduled for May 26th.

We will be offering free family portraits as a blessing for our mothers and their families this Mother’s Day, May 26th.

SERVE WITH MISSIO DEI KIDS!

We believe Community Groups are the best way to begin living out the gospel and the vision of MDC. And there is no better time to join than now as we begin a new teaching series on Mark, “Crown & Cross: the unfolding epic of the Savior-King”.  We will be digging into this gospel account of Jesus’ life and ministry and discovering afresh its implications for our community and the world. Our kids’ ministries have been blessed to see rapid growth over the last few months! In order to continue to facilitate growth, we need immediate help in the 11am nursery and we’ll be launching full kids’ ministries at our 11am gathering in April.  This will require a new crop of teachers & assistants for each of our four classes (2 yrs-5th Grade).  All positions serve on a rotation. Covenant membership is required for teachers, but not for assistants or nursery volunteers.  If you love kids, and have a desire to serve the body of Christ by helping disciple children, we’d love to talk to you.  Please contact Bre Larsen at email hidden; JavaScript is required for more info.
